The challenge for research today is to find the truth in a way that participants are happy to contribute to. To help us deliver this to our clients we have our own manifesto which we live by.

The Digital Edge Manifesto.

  6. We are passionate about people and view technology as an important enabler but not the solution.
  7. We ensure that when consumers have conversations with us they are giving the truth and are truly representative of the marketplace.
  8. As the world changes in the accelerating digital age, we see new opportunities for learning about people and their attitudes and consuming behaviour.
  9. We will harness new technologies to help our clients get closer to their consumers.
  10. We will constantly evolve our understanding of technology and people’s usage patterns to better seek our answers.
