 | David Lord David began his career in market research in 1990, starting in data processing and has since built a depth of experience across the many modes of data collection and analysis used in market research. Being an active user of the Internet since that time, David recognised the potential of the Internet for market research early on, and extended his repertoire of skills to the new medium. Early 2000 saw him join The Leading Edge to establish an online research capability. David's responsibilities now lie mainly with the technological aspects of The Digital Edge's operations, managing a team of programmers and analysts, and client service. |
 | Louise James Louise began her career as a market research programmer/analyst in 1994. Over the years she has worked in Australia, New Zealand and the US for various companies within the industry. With experience in several data collection and analysis softwares both offline and online, Louise's main interest is online research, on which she has spent the last 5 years concentrating. She has gained broad international research experience, programming and managing projects in many countries in a multitude of languages. |
 | Jarrod Windeatt At University Jarrod initially embarked on Computer Science but eventually turned his hand to Mathematics and Statistics.
