Seonaid Chappell

With over 15 years in the research industry in the UK, Hong Kong, Thailand and Australia, Seonaid has considerable international research experience at both local and regional multi-country levels, reporting for clients such as Proctor & Gamble, PepsiCo, Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft and Tesco.

Seonaid has operated at all levels in the industry, working closely with local insight and research teams through to regional and senior management teams, to guide, inform, implement and monitor brand and trade strategies. She has comprehensive knowledge of all research approaches and methodologies and is a strong creative problem solver.

Her current role is realising TDE’s vision for a greater presence in the digital research space.

The constant advances in Market Research driven technologies has been Roger’s driving force in a career spanning over 15 years in the industry. Specialising in database applications and web design, Roger also manages the TDE consumer panel and is the Director of Operations for the TDE team.

Jarrod Windeatt
At University Jarrod initially embarked on Computer Science but eventually turned his hand to Mathematics and Statistics. After a three year hiatus spent travelling, working abroad and just enjoying other people and cultures he was drawn to Market Research. Nearly a decade later Jarrod finds himself at The Digital Edge, a perfect place to use his knowledge of logic, technology and people skills.

Andy hails from Scotland and has worked in the industry for 11 years in the UK and Australia across a variety of technologies and software platforms. His experience at various research agencies has helped to give him a broad understanding of the needs of clients and how he can deliver to those expectations. He enjoys the unique challenges of working in online especially at The Digital Edge where he will always be at the forefront of new ideas and innovations.

 

Chang Weng

Chang Weng
Chang joined The Digital Edge at the beginning of 2009. After completeing his bachelor of mathematics and computing degree in 2005, Chang embarked on using his technical and logical knowledge to strengthen his practical skills. The market research arena proved a lively industry to challenge his mental and practical skills. After working in various research agencies, Chang gained the necessary knowledge and skill in various research systems and technologies, initially working with offline research only but then using his online knowledge he expanded and went into online research.

 Daniel LinDaniel Lin
Daniel joined The Digital Edge early in 2011, after spending 4 years studying statistics
and a further 3 years studying Law at the University of Sydney. Heavily debt laden, but with his wits still intact, he has found the world of online research to be both challenging and engaging, and is keen to further pursue his interest in this area.

Richard has been in market research for over 10 years working across a variety of platforms and systems. From starting out in CATI to moving across to the world of online research, Richard is always looking for innovative ways to improve surveys and respondent experience using new technology.


Louise James 

Louise James
Louise began her career as a market research programmer/analyst in 1994. Over the years she has worked in Australia, New Zealand and the US for various companies within the industry. With experience in several data collection and analysis softwares both offline and online, Louise's main interest is online research, on which she has been concentrating since 2000. She has gained broad international research experience, programming and managing projects in many countries in a multitude of languages.
