A research company owned by the listed marketing services company Photon Group is claiming to have the first functioning mobile phone survey group.

The Digital Edge says it is able to contact up to 15,000 people from its panel of 50,000 to conduct surveys on mobile phones to provide clients with immediate feedback. Mobile phone users could be asked to fill out questionnaires as they were shopping or involved in other activities.
