Panel Management

We have invested heavily to create our own proprietary Market Research Panel- YourOpinion (www.youropinion.com.au). Our panel is actively managed and nurtured to ensure quality, representativeness and responsiveness of all members.

We have collected detailed demographic information from our panel members, and this is updated on a regular basis. Inactive panel members are removed over time to insure that only the most active and relevant members are maintained.

Panel recruitment

Our members are recruited from multiple sources to insure a wide reach and a nationally representative sample of the population on the panel. The panel is only used for market research purposes, and we do not conduct marketing of any kind as this could bias the sample.

Incentives

All members are incentivised for participation. The level of payment is structured to be respectful of the panel members’ time taken to respond and to ensure an accurate response to the study. This is continually reviewed to insure quality and responsiveness for all studies.
